The trail consists of 3 different routes that feed off each other, the Green route for beginners and the less fit, the Blue route for intermediate and the Black route for very skilled and advanced riders
You start at the car park which feeds you to the Dairy Shed and start of the trails, where you can either head off straight away, or stop at the Diary Shed for a wonderful coffee or tea of your choice and a slice of the best carrot cake in town! The trail begins with a gentle climb on the dirt roads of the farm, before the Green route turns off as you come up to the Quarry. The Green route is a gentle meander that takes you back to the Dairy Shed via some easy single track. The Blue and Black route start their climb at the Quarry and takes you up to the ridge adjoining the neighbouring farms via a fairly tough single track climb. Once on the ridge, another fairly tough climb on a dirt road confronts you, until you reach the start of the Blue route.
The Blue route then heads back to the Dairy Shed via some exhilarating descents interspersed with some punchy climbs as well. Once exiting the climb out of Supertubes onto the contour, you have a choice of either heading back up to the start of the Blue for another lap, via the Old Mans climb, or you go straight on towards the trail end. 150m further on you have another choice, turn right into the Kloof which is a fairly technical descent that links back up to the main trail at the bottom table top, or proceed straight and then drop into the Cheeky Corners descent, another intermediate and fun descent that also spits you out at the bottom table top. From there you have an option to climb back up to both Cheeky Corners and the Kloof for a second lap, via a dirt road climb the starts just at the left of the bottom table top. Those wanting to carry on can do so by heading straight along the dirt road after the table top and into another fast and fun single track section called the Tree Charge, or you have a further option of swinging left next to the table top onto a new section of single track, called Happy Hops, which takes you down at the exit of the Tree Charge. Those who have had enough exhilaration have the option of heading straight back to the Dairy Shed along the dirt road and those wanting more can, take the longer route back by turning left onto the single track which takes you eventually back to the Dairy Shed as well, via the dam, Bushvine climb, and some more rolling and less challenging single track.
It does not end there. Those into gravity and the gnar have more choices. You follow the climb all the way to the start of the Blue route and instead of turning right into the Blue, you carry on straight on and up to the mast via the torturous and infamous concrete road climb. The climb is worth the while once on top at the mast, as you gather your breath and take on the wonderful vista of Table Mountain, Table Bay and Robben Island. From here you have two options down, the Downhill Main Line or the Revised Downhill line. Both are very rocky, rutted, technical and for advanced riders only. The Mainline spirals its way down to the bottom table top, where you have all the options of the Blue route to get you back to the Dairy Shed. The Revised line starts and follows the first section of the Mainline until you reach the first contour, where you turn right, head on for 200m and then drop in left into the Revised line. The revised line also finishes at the bottom table top, where once again you have the options of the Blue route to get you back to the finish
There is also a Gravity line for gravity riders, which you can access via the Blue route, which you follow for a series of berms, before you will encounter the start of the Gravity run on your right hand side. This is a gravity run consisting of rock gardens, drop offs, pallet jumps and the like, which links you back in the Blue route, half way into Supertubes.
