Sunday Slow Coach rides

We have a Slow Coach ride on Sundays 09:00, Mostly at Meerendal. Watch our Face Book User group for details. This ride is for the beginners who want to get to know the sport and have somes social fun.

Meerendal Night Ride

We will try and arrange for this to be a weekly club ride for members Non Members R30!!!
But for now these are only when announced by us!!!
We have an official club night ride at Meerendal on Thursdays @ +-19:00 in parking lot @ Meerendal

Junior Club

These days you won’t find many opportunities for children to ride in a group in a safe environment, not to mention the fact that no real opportunity exists for competing age groups.
Is your child forced to engage with technology, instead of enjoying unlimited amounts of fresh air and breathtaking views, because of these reasons?
Now you have finally found the best way for them to explore the many wonders of the great outdoors!

We are committed to getting children to experience all the thrills and learn the varied skills of mountain biking and to encourage a healthy sense of competition amongst them. Your child can slot into one of two groups: 8 – 12 years or 13 – 18 years.

Children can look forward to a combination of time in the saddle, technical Mountain bike training and fitness/strength training, twice a week:
Monday 4.30 – 5.30 Majik Forest and Wednesday 4.30 – 6pm Majik to Ntida
On Sundays everyone can ease into the Slow Coach Club ride.

To get them started, children can enjoy 3 free rides with the club, after which they need to contribute R100 for annual membership, which entitles them to ride the club routes.

Opening of Kiddies Track @ Nitida

Join us at Nitida Wine Farm, Racecourse/Tygervalley Road (between Bloemendal and Hillcrest)

Bring the family and their bikes, then have a boerie roll and glass of award-winning wine on us!
The Nitida 2km mini-trail, 'The Vellerdrome', built for ankle-biters and novices, is now open. Access is free to members, and an honesty box is on the wall of the Nitida Cafe for those aspiring members who are not quite ready to join up. Please use it as much as possible on the way to and from Hillcrest to 'ride in' the track.
Cool drinks, chips and wine will be available to purchase.
This is a member's only event, but if you think you or your kids would be interested in joining The Club, come and meet us in the member's tent for a chat, and try out the course!  Free entry (there is an honesty box where donations to trail maintenance would be much appreciated). Rating;- EASY
