Join TMTBC Procedure
Please note that everyone no matter how special you may believe you are; whether you have been a member for the last 10 years or not at all, needs to complete the online joining process as this is how we capture your information and keep track of the payments and memberships.
Keep this window open and use CTRL+TAB to switch between this window and the actual sigup window you will be completing.
To renew your membership or join Tygerberg MTB club Go to this page
Select a product and click "ADD TO CART" i.e. Main Member
Complete all the required details; Read the indemnity and check the indemnity tick box and click ADD TO CART
If you would like to add a spouse, another main member, dependent, pensioner etc.
then click continue shopping or just go back to the new memberships page and select another product.
Complete all the details for the person whom you are purchasing the membership for and then click "add to cart." you are taken to your shopping cart
Click proceed to checkout :You are taken to this page and asked to login or register on the website.
If this is the first time you are buying a product from "this" new website then click on register
Complete the required details and click continue
Note down the password you choose so you can log back in in future to buy club kit or renew you membership next year.
You are then taken here which informs you that you are go to be taken to Virtual card Services website to pay for your product.
Click continue; you are now presented with an opportunity to review your order as per below
When done click on proceed to checkout: you are now redirect to VCS a secure site to pay for your purchase by means of a credit card.
If you intend paying by EFT this is where you click cancel and close your browser window.
If you have a valid credit card proceed with your payment.
Those who wish to pay via EFT please note your reference number on the top left of the screen. This starts with 10000XXXX.
Do an EFT into the clubs Bank account using that reference number. Please do not use your name as you may or may not believe this but our names are not unique. Also do not use MTB membership as a reference (who's MTB Membership???)
Email the proof of payment to membership@tygerbergmtb.co.za
Your order will be manually updated and Mienke will notify you when your rider board/s are ready. Once payment has been received you will be emailed an invoice from the club. Please keep this with you as proof of membership until you receive your rider board/s
