 Membership fees for 2013 detailed below.  Valid from 24 December 2012 till 31st December 2013.

Main Member = R525
Spouse = R350
Child dependents R150 each
Family Membership R1000 (Main member + spouse+ 3 children)
Pensioners or Students =R250 (must produce a valid student card)
All the above membership options include an annual permit to ride the trails on Contermans Kloof.
Please note that everyone no matter how special you may believe you are; whether you have been a member for the last 10 years or not at all, needs to complete the online joining process as this is how we capture your information and keep track of the payments and memberships.

Steps to join Tygerberg Mountain Bike Club

1. Apply online CLICK HERE TO JOIN FOR 2013
2. Pay your fees; Either with a credit card via our secure VCS online facility or to pay via EFT follow the process until you are on the VCS payment page then click "cancel" Pay via EFT using your order number as the reference. Our banking details are below.
3. Upon notification by our bank of the reception of the fees, the club will send you an acknowledgment
4. Your 'membership pack' will be prepared (bikeboard etc)
5. We will endeavour to turn around applications in 72 hours, but sometimes, depending on workload, holidays etc, it may be a little longer.
6. All membership options for 2013 included an annual permit to ride the trails on Contermans Kloof
7. Please read the description of each product in your basket carefully.

Paying for your Tygerberg MTB Club Membership

We have two options for paying One via a secure VCS credit card portal the other via EFT
Those paying via EFT  Use your Order Number as a reference PLEASE!!!
Email the proof of payment to membership@tygerbergmtb.co.za
Complete the details for each person joining.
PLEASE NOTE: Personal details need to be entered for each product purchased.

By using any venue and/or property and/or facilities and/or trails of Tygerberg MTB Club, Hillcrest, D’Aria, Nitida, Contermanskloof, Meerendal any other land owners, the City of Cape Town, any individual or agent or any person or institution, I agree that I shall have no claim whatsoever against Tygerberg MTB Club, Hillcrest, D’Aria, Nitida, Contermanskloof, Meerendal any other land owners, the City of Cape Town, any individual or agent or any person or institution of whatever nature, in respect of any injury, loss or damage of whatsoever nature which I may suffer as a result of, or arising out of, whether directly or indirectly, my using of this venue and/or property and/or facilities and/or trails, including my arrival thereat and departure thereof , however such loss or damage may arise and regardless of whether or not same shall have been caused directly or indirectly by negligence albeit gross, of one or more of all of the aforementioned parties. I also accept that the aforementioned parties shall accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, howsoever caused, to any person while on the premises or route or while utilizing the facilities thereon, as well as in respect of any loss or damage to property, howsoever caused, suffered by any person while on the premises or route or while utilizing the facilities thereof.

THE NEW MEMBERSHIP FEE STRUCTURE FOR 2011 AS VOTED ON AT THE AGM ON THE 29th NOVEMBER 2010

2011 MEMBERSHIP FEE STRUCTURE
Membership runs from Jan 1st to Dec 31st each year, and a fee of R450 for the first member is payable.
For a spouse there is an additional R200
Children are R100 per child but for a FAMILY MEMBERSHIP up to a max of 5 we have capped the membership fee at R800
Pensioners and Valid Students the membership is R200 per person.
Scholars joining the club without parents the membership fee is R100

Contermans Kloof permits
Tygerberg MTB Club members pay R300
Non members Pay R350 for a permit
